Elspeth is a qualified teacher and LPIOL with D32/33 and D34 assessing/IV qualifications. She has many years experience of working in the outdoors and providing first aid training for various needs. As a teacher, a Mum and an Outdoor Instructor she has had a lot of hands on experience of first aid in a range of situations which helps when creating realistic scenarios for different needs.
In the outdoors Elspeth is a qualified Mountain Leader, Level 3 Canoe Coach among other qualifications and has held qualifications in most outdoor sports over the years. She was an active member of Duddon and Furnes MRT for several years with a MREW Cas Care qualification and sits on the MTE Board in addition to being on the National Executive of the Institure for Outdoor Learning.
Steve is an experienced EMT medic with a lifetime of first aid experience. He is currently studying for a PhD in a mental health related topic and is a member of Duddon and Furness MRT involved in the MREW CasCare training.

Deb is a highly experienced expedition leader with experience all over the world. She has taught first aid courses for more than 20 years
Vicky is an active member of mountain rescue and a professional outdoor instructor. Vicky trains the 16 hour Outdoor First Aid courses and shorter courses for youth and professional inhouse first aid training.
