All of our trainers have worked extensivly with children and young people. We have a background in teaching and otudoor activities which means that our teaching and the scenarios we set are appropriate for the school environment and typical situations encountered by teachers and activity leaders.
This basic 6hr EFAW course suitable for offices. We include basic introduction to using AEDs and a chance to practice with training AEDs.
This is the course most used by Teachers, Activity Leaders and Water Sports Coaches. It covers all the EFAW syllabus plus dealing with illnesses that can affect young people, drowning and hypothermia. It is the course for British Canoeing coaches and RYA instructors.
This two day course is ideal for anyone who leads trips off the school site, especially those taking pupils to locations where an ambulance could not get easy access. It covers all the requirements of the outdoor NGBs and is recommended for those with Mountain Training qualifications as well as British Canoeing, RYA, BOF etc qualifications.
